Submit Fabric Sample or Tech Pack
Send physical swatches or detailed spec sheets (GSM, composition, pile height, color standard).
Lab Dip & Counter Sample
Our dye lab reproduces your standard. Counter sample dispatched within 5-7 business days.
PPS Approval
Pre-production sample sign-off before any bulk fabric is committed. Full lab test reports provided.
Bulk Production & Roll Export
Production to confirmed specs. American 4-Point QC on every roll. Export-packaged and shipment-ready.
Collaborative R&D
& Fabric Innovation
Start from a concept, application requirement, or market inspiration — our R&D engineers design a custom fabric structure from scratch for you.
Share Target Application & Concept
Describe end-use, market positioning, performance needs, and any reference imagery or mood boards.
We Engineer Custom Fabric Structures
Our R&D team proposes yarn blends, knit constructions, pile heights, and finish combinations.
Swatch Presentation
Physical fabric swatches delivered with full technical data sheets for your team to evaluate.
Final Selection & Bulk Production
Confirm your chosen structure. We lock in specs, run PPS, and commence bulk roll production.
From Brief to Bulk Roll
in 4 Clear Steps
A transparent, rigorous development process gives procurement teams full visibility and confidence at every milestone.
Spec & Requirement Alignment
We begin with a structured technical brief: target GSM, fabric width, fiber composition, pile height, performance requirements (FR, DWR, antibacterial), color standards, and end-use application. This alignment document prevents costly revisions downstream.
Lab Dips & Swatch Creation
Our in-house dye laboratory produces lab dips matched to your Pantone or physical swatch standard. Simultaneously, our knitting department produces physical fabric swatches with exact pile construction for hand-feel evaluation.
Pre-Production Approval & Lab Testing
Before any bulk yardage is committed, we issue a Pre-Production Sample (PPS) accompanied by third-party or in-house lab test reports covering color fastness (ISO 105), pilling resistance, shrinkage, and tensile strength.
Bulk Production, 4-Point QC & Roll Export
Full bulk production runs are subject to the American 4-Point System quality inspection on every roll. Defect points are recorded per 100 linear yards. Final rolls are export-packaged on cardboard cores with polybag protection, roll labels, and shipping marks per your requirements.
Vertically Integrated Mill
Built for Consistent Quality
Every meter of fabric produced at DALSTON passes through our in-house production lines — eliminating subcontracting variables and maintaining quality sovereignty.
